Brenda grew up within the Peterborough area. She proudly wears many hats throughout the day at The Ear Depot, ensuring the office and insurance side of the clinic run smoothly and efficiently.

A typical workday for Brenda includes overseeing daily operations and procedures and addressing any arising issues; assisting staff with their daily tasks and with client questions/concerns; maintaining a clean and orderly clinic; tracking and ordering office supplies; communicating with vendors re accounts/orders; tracking and posting bills/invoices in the accounting software; posting daily deposits; and performing third party insurance admin., such as application/requests, orders, billing, advocating and all essential follow up.

Brenda enjoys being a part of The Ear Depot team. She likes the friendly and caring office culture where everyone looks out for one another and celebrates each other’s achievements. Her coworkers truly mean the world to her!

When Brenda isn’t working, she has plenty of interests and activities to keep her busy. She has a keen passion for health and wellness and can often be found reading and studying various topics within this field. Brenda also actively participates in yoga, weight training, hiking, kayaking and running. A few years ago, she signed up for her first “Tough Mudder” to celebrate turning 50.

Less strenuous activities, such as knitting, also keep Brenda busy along with gardening and food preservation from April to October. Nevertheless, Brenda is certain to always make time for her four grandchildren whose giggles and cuddles she can’t get enough of!
